We’ve created these resources to help couples plan their wedding. These resources are a little more comprehensive and powerful than those you may find on other sites – we really want to give our customers and visitors something of value.
These PDFs are smart documents – you can edit and save them on your computer. Ensure you use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them.
Keep your eyes here as there is more to come…
Finally, If you find this tool useful please don’t hesitate to send an email to let us know – I’d love to hear from you. I also like feedback on what can make these tools better.
Select the table layout that best matches your seating arrangement. In the boxes below, fill out the names of the people on each table and the names will automatically be entered in the following pages. Choose the pages that correspond to your tables to print then on the day, attach the seating plans to the appropriate medium to inform your guests of their seating plan.
Use this list to store all your contacts in one handy location. For example, when your photographer wants to know the address and event manager of the reception centre you can say, “I’ll just send it through.” Or when someone wants to know who did your flowers you’ll still have a record. At the end there is room for miscellaneous contacts where you can add items not appearing in the list.
